It doesn’t say where it is manufactured but the company was established in 1973 in New York but if they manufacture or import their products is unknown by me.

I just measured it. I'd say 8-10 fluid ounces comfortably. If you fill it all the way to the top, it's about 14 fluid ounces (but you are going to spill it when you pick it up).

I believe so. I microwaved it twice now, on high. No problems with it. Hope that helps! Looks really elegant even on the plainest of tables.
