One set works well. The other never worked

I am a Poodle mom and love all things Poodle. These decorative lights looked absolutely adorable on my special "Poodle Christmas Tree". These would be cute to use all year long as well. Love them!

I specifically ordered these adorable cardinal mini lights because OF the detail on the birds. However when I received them, there is NO BLACK "highlighting" near the face and eyes of the birds. While they are still cute, I am very disappointed that they do not have the accented colors like in the photo

These are better quality than I expected. The little cardinals are cute and light up bright red. There's a dimmer on the remote if you don't want it so bright. The remote is a nice feature, though for it to work the battery case must be visible.I wanted led lights because they don't get as hot, but I didn't want a lot of heavy, clunky wires on my small tree. These worked perfectly for that. I just wish they made some that looked like old-fashioned multicolored twinkle lights.My tree is about 40 inches tall and one string is barely enough; two would have been better. One string would be perfect for a small tabletop tree.
