Functionality meets comfort in our popular Industrial Carpenter Jean. Made of the same 14 oz. premium denim as our Industrial 5-pocket jean, this jean is a true workhorse! The triple-needle stitching on the side seam, yoke, and seat seam, make this jean tough, and the hammer loop, dual tool pockets, and generous relaxed fit make this jean perfect for even the most demanding jobs. With so many features and comfortable pre-washed denim, it is easy to see why the Industrial Carpenter Jean is rapidly becoming the denim jean of choice!

Great Working Jeans
I fell in love with the Wrangler Carpenter-style Jeans! They are some of the most durable jeans I have ever encountered. As an engineering focus Highschooler, these are only second to BDU's (battle dress uniforms) in terms of durability and comfort. These jeans aren't as lightweight as many advertise these to be. Despite this, in time you will grow accustomed to these jeans. Another thing I love about these jeans is their versatility!!! Many mock the hammer loop, but I've found many uses for the loop, and the side-knee pockets can be hit or miss, the first pair I had the pocket was big enough to fit my phone and many other items in, the newest pair I bought does not offer the same space for me to put my phone and many other larger objects. All-in-all, these are a great pair of jeans that are worth buying and to keep re-buying!

Good fitting pair of pants.
Arrived in quick order. They were the size advertised that I picked (42x32). I'm lucky to find to a pair from the local Wal-Mart that stocks my size, because for some reason, they refuse to stock it and it's usually 42x30 or 40x32.I wear them to work as a paper carrier, which might not be the most extensive work environment, but you'd be surprised at how many work pair of pants I go through, usually through the crotch/butt area because of the walking/getting in and out of a car as many times as I do.I only 3 starred the stretch mostly because they fit and don't really need to stretch, but the overall 5 star will remain because of everything else.

LU200 for $35, decent quality carpenter jeans, rise could be 1" longer for more comfort when sitting
First impression: I think I've found a decent pair of jeans, similar to how they used to be made a few decades ago. If there are any subsequent disappointments I'll return to this to vent! These LU200 weigh 2 lbs 1 oz in size 36/34. Dickies claims on their website that their model #1993 are made with 13.5/14 oz denim, and the #1993 is their replacement for LU200. The color is the somewhat dorky dark denim color which I prefer, to signal that I don't pay extra for pre-worn out stonewashed looks or comfort. These are the closest I can find to what jeans used to be (decades ago when I last bought jeans from Lands End and 501 shrink to fit before that) before major makers cheaped out on fabric, and started styling which make no sense to me (i.e. "sknny jns"). Why am I pleased with these? After trying on some cheap Wranglers, I started looking online for help finding QUALITY jeans for reasonable price. I looked at Levi's website, confused more than impressed, and went down the selvedge rabbit hole. Honestly I'm considering a pair of Unbranded 22oz but I really want carpenter style to keep svord peasant and other edc separate, and let cell phone have pocket all to itself.A few weeks ago I would have said $35 is expensive for jeans (I've seen so many cheaper prices), but after trying some of those less expensive options, I found them to be a joke. I need to adjust to inflation and remember that manufacturers are happy to sell junk if we'll buy it.If you're having trouble finding good jeans, these are worth a look. Learn how to measure the waist and rise and inseam etc., and if you aren't sure of the quality, throw some on a scale and see how much your favorites weigh, to get an idea if the fabric is similar thickness.

Genuine quality Dickies same as you find at Walmart etc.
The darker indigo color had me a bit on guard, ordering and waiting for their arrival. Would it be some cheap knockoff? I wondered. But now I've been wearing them for the whole workweek and I am thrilled. Better than just the same old Dickies I depended on for many years, these are just as durable and protective in a harsh work environment, but they feel softer to the skin from the very first day. I like the deeper indigo color too, looks good, feels good, and you can just tell wearing them they'll be durable. Whatever the scoring system, be it 5 stars or 10 stars, I give these work jeans the top rating, I'm 100% happy with this purchase

Very durable and comfortable
I bought a few pairs of these to wear as work pants in a machine shop, several years ago and they hold up amazing well. None of them have any rips or holes, considering they’ve been worn and washed several hundred times! Still in good shape. Pockets are nice and deep. Side leg pockets are handy for small flashlight or wrenches and tools, hammer loop has come in handy occasionally when working on a ladder and you need a place for a hammer and don’t have any hands free to hold it. I have been extremely satisfied with these pants, especially for the price, considering other brands such as carhartt are at least twice as must money. Very comfortable and durable.

Good durable long lasting jeans
As usual, Amazon shipping process is phenomenal! I just received my package and it has only been 20 hours since I placed the order. On to the item. I ordered 2 pairs of 36x36 Dickies Carpenter jeans. The first pair I tried on fit great. The second pair is marked as 36x36 but is much shorter in the leg. The manufacturers label says 36x36 but these are probably 36x34. I will keep them because they fit ok with my work boots. I have owned a couple pairs of Dickies jeans and they are very durable for outdoor work. They last though the elements and dirt and abuse I give them. These are great jeans!

I love these jeans for work
These are great work pants for the money. I'm an industrial technician so the pants I wear really get some rough treatment. I have worked in nothing but Dickies carpenter jean for ten plus years. These recent ones I've ordered ate just right, fit as they should and as I expect and the belt loops are placed properly. I have bought some factory seconds and some from Walmart and the side belt loops are generally not in an ideal place for hanging my keys on the loops. These last two I have ordered are quite satisfactory.
