no, I did not get 3 cans of white ones.

Q: Are slow speed shuttlecocks be less affected by wind than medium speed?

My guess is that they would be even MORE affected by wind than normal shuttlecocks. These things fly slow, which means the interact with air more than normal. We got them to possibly help my young kids be able to hit the birdie, but I think the low-altitude trade-off (that one has to hit the birdie harder, to make it fly as far as normal) negates the benefit. If you live at high-altitudes--where the air is thin, and normal shuttlecocks fly too fast--then these would be the (very high quality) birds to buy. Otherwise, not so much.
