Because of Covid, all the kids attending school have to take their own water bottle to drink from. The drinking fountains are only for the refilling of a water bottle. And the water bottle must have a flip lid or mouth piece so the entire lid does not need to be unscrewed and taken off. I let all my kids choose a water bottle and 3 chose this water bottle. It is fantastic! They come with 2 lids: 1 that screws on and off completely, and one that utilizes a straw attachment. Perfect for school. It keeps there water cool throughout the entire day. They have been dropped multiple times and though have a couple scratches, don't show any dents at all. They have been great! If we ever need another water bottle, this will be the place we go!

Perfect!! We live in a very hot climate and these cups hold the cold temp for hours in 100+ degree weather as long as you put the right amount of ice. Even when the ice melted, the water was still cold. I prefer to use the leak proof lids, but my kids prefer the straw top lid because they can drink in the car with that lid. However just a warning, those lids are not leak proof because there is a small hole to release air pressure when sucking the straw. That's the only thing i wish was different...but that may be near impossible to achieve i suppose. We spend lots of time in the sun even in extreme temps, so having cold water is a must. Love these!

I have had my Hydro Cell water bottle for almost a year now. It has been to other countries, to theme parks, and tossed around my car and backpack during everyday use and it still looks brand new. I hardly use my Yeti anymore because this one is so much more convenient and holds ice just as long! I love the sports cap and even though they cannot guarantee that this cap is air tight, I have never had it leak even when it has been thrown into a bag. I love my 40 oz so much that I just bought an 18 oz to throw into my lunch bag. It is super functional and comes in so many fun colors that you cannot go wrong with these water bottles.
