The 86 03 150 are 3/16 at front of the jaw and 5/16 at the back. The opening of the jaw at it's widest is 1 5/32 and 1 1/32 in the clamped down position. The widest part of the pliers is 9/16 at the push button.

What dose the SBA stand for?

SBA refers to a Knipex item that comes with retail packaging (carded, box, etc). Non-SBA items come loose from Knipex and will likely be delivered to customers in a simple plastic bag from sellers.
