Q: do they sell a proper size kleenex box for the tiki cover

Hi and yes they sure do. Kleenex or store brand, 8.2x8.4", typically 160 sheets. I never tried the bigger boxes but I'm sure they would work too. There would not be much of a market for these TIKI heads if they were no tissues that fit in the cover; held in with a sturdy elastic. Everyone loves them!

Q: What material is the head made out of?

It's all made of plastic. The face/head is just textured and painted.

Q: can you put tri fold napkins in the dispenser?

I am sorry to say I am unfamiliar with the term "tri fold napkind". I use it strictly for facial tissues. Kleenex brand box is a perfect fit. The box I use measures 9 1/4" X 4 3/4" by 2 1/4" deep.

Q: what are the measurements and does it fit large tissue box.

It's 3" H X 10.5" L X 5" W for the tissue holder itself. The tiki head projects out from the top about another 2.5". It does NOT fit a large tissue box, only the standard size tissue box. Hope that helps.
