Great for the price
This is a manual lens. The lens quality is really good. The bokeh is great in low light. For the price, this lens is a steal.

Well made glass, nice piece of gear, but must tell camera it has NO lens on it.
Beautifully packaged, with instructions etc. As a note, you have to dig through the menus on your M class Canon to find the item where you select "Activate shutter without lens". I also experienced a dark bar on the upper portion of images on my M100 at high shutter speeds, which can be necessary if you open the lens up for bokeh. So far, no solution for that.

FAST, tiny and costs nothing
I just returned from a photo vacation with my Canon M6, this lens and another 7artisans lens. I left the kit lens at home.F/1.2 used to be the domain of exotic lenses that cost in the thousands of dollars. This is a great little lens that is fast and compact. A perfect "normal" lens for walking around with. This isn't a lens for ultra-sharp photography. Use your kit lens for that. Instead, bring the 35mm 1.2 when you will be shooting in the evening, or shooting dimly lit museum exhibits (where permitted, of course!). Bokeh is wonderfully smooth and the narrow DoF is great for isolating your subject.Update: After carefully reviewing images taken with this lens, I suspected that infinity focus wasn't quite right. A quick adjustment brought the lens into perfect focus at infinity. 7artisans needs to step up their quality control game, but there are good guides online for calibrating infinity focus yourself.

It’s a little tank
Im used to using the canon 22mm f/2 lens on my EOS M3 and while this 35mm f/1.2 isn’t much bigger, it is heavier. It’s a nice chunk of glass and metal that looks and feels really well made. It’s like a shrunken down manual focus prime lens from the 1970’s. The image quality is better than I was expecting for the price. So far, I’m thoroughly impressed. I’ll try to remember to update this review and add some pics after spending more time with the lens.

Soft focus.
If you want super bokeh and sharp focus, you have to spend the money. This is a decent compromise otherwise.
