The one thing that irked me was that at least one screw at every step seemed to be not fully threaded right. I would have a hard time with one screw at each step of putting the shelf itself and hooking it to the bars. That was annoying. The blots were simple but the pre-threaded openings were a pain. This is function perfectly for story items in the garage, we have one at one wall and another will go on the opposite wall. Wahoo no more junk on the floor. Oh and hubby wants to mention, if you place this right up against the wall, it may be tough getting the shelf on as you need a little room to hold it all still. I only have 37" of space to work with and want to know if the outside is 36"** A: The outside dimension of the frame is 36" x 96". **Q: Is the 4'x8' unit wide enough to store full sheets of plywood or drywall on?** A: Yes it’s 4’x8’. I did not try the plywood sheet and don’t recommend it to be stored in it coz it will smash under the other stored items or will be harder to remove those plywood later to use. You can put the plywood under it using anything to tie. **Q: Does this thing wobble back and forth? There is no cross brace to support it....** A: It does NOT wobble back and forth. The angles and multiple fasteners prevent it from moving. Just follow the instructions. **Q: Could you hang 4 bikes from the 3x8 rack?** A: The rack itself certainly could handle the weight of four bikes. The physical space 3‘ x 8‘ would be a little bit crowded.
