Learned a lot about skin care. Looking pretty !
Since I am 77 years old the first half of the book on Acne and other skin issues did not interest me much but the second half was well worth the price of the book. It was a comprehensive and detailed explanation on anti-aging skincare. I learn a lot and have taken many of the doctors recommendations. I hardly have any wrinkles and with her help I will keep it that way for as long as I can.

Not what I hoped for
This book is just alright.By no way is it my magic skin bible. I feel like a lot of it is basic stuff everyone knows. You know: don’t touch your face, eat well, don’t pop pimples with your fingers, don’t use cleansers with micro beads, and this is what skin cancer looks like.Nothing you won’t find on google trying to help your skincare regime.Overall I wouldn’t buy this book. I looked at it for so long and finally spent the money on it.I now keep it at my bedside for small quick reads for something small not to get hooked on.
