Though it is self-understood that if you buy a small 5-Port switch you aren't going to assign to it a role into NASA or a big Datacentre, Yes it does what it has to for the home usage I bought it. No complains, happy with the purchase.

Detta är en enkel data switch med 4 lediga "portar" efter man he anslutigt kabeln frå routern. I har fiber internet via stadsnätet och behöver ingenting komplicerat. Jag rekommenderar den till alla som har liknande inställningar.

Easy to setup. Just plug and play. With any point to the ethernet port, the other four are for devices. Stable connectivity.

Ich habe das Switch als Weiterleitung und Schnittstelle zu einem 2. Switch installiert. Alle Anschlüsse funktionieren als Ein- und Ausgang. Netzwerkgeschwindigkeit ist unverändert gut. Zusätzlich habe ich das bisherige LAN Kabel durchgeschnitten und mit 2 (ebenfalls bei Amazon gekauften) RJ45 Steckern so umgebaut, dass es mit dem Switch funktioniert. Alles prima!
