I am a fearful flyer, these have helped me get through a lot of flights and the taste great. It makes you feel really relaxed and calm. A definite must try if your feeling anxious or nervous. Doesn’t make you feel drowsy afterwards.

UPDATE: updated review from my review below. I ordered another pack of these and the bottles all (so far) open just fine. Hopefully they fixed the issue.Absolutely love this product but half of the bottles won’t open and cut my hand. I even used the rubber can openers and strong friends. Won’t open. I saw another reviewer has a bloody finger from opening the bottles.For the few that will open—this product is amazing. I’ve shared with my friends the dream water powder, and regular dream sleep liquid. We each have sleep issues but this will make you sleepy within 15 minutes without being groggy in the morning. I think it’s all natural, the green bottle has all of your female vitamins in it, tastes pretty good, and it actually works when nothing else has. Game changer.Dream water- please change the packaging. My hands are red and cut open and I think I pulled a muscle in my back trying to open half of these with no luck. I told the lady at amazon customer service that i’ll Try to cut a hole in the side or something. She suggested tapping the bottle then trying again, didn’t work.I would’ve preferred to send this packaging issue to the seller via email privately but amazon said they don’t have email on file.I’d like my defective bottles replaced. It’s a great product. It’s sad so many of mine will go to waste since they won’t open.I give the product 5+ stars. The packaging however is so difficult, I gave 3 stars overall.

I love this product. After using up my 12 bottles my skin is so clear and nice. Also I read all the reviews of people have issues with the bottles but I didn’t experience any issues. I’ve had more issues with the regular dream water bottles from the store than these beauty ones. Anyways they help me sleep and sometimes I only need 1/2 a bottle and not full. I really appreciated them when studying for exams. My anxiety gets to me and I can’t sleeo but this helps me get rest and not be all weird feeling the next day OR makes me have nightmares like melatonin gummies (I don’t know why?). Anyways I would recommend. I’ve struggled with going to sleep for years and this is the only thing that’s actually really helped while given me benefits like nice skin. Give it a try at least.Update: ordered another box and it’s still a great product! And it was still easy to open (prior reviews said they struggled with opening the bottles). Will keep ordering from this seller and this product!

I've been a big fan of the regular Dream Water. Typically use it when I have been traveling and crossing several time zones. I feel I am relaxed when I take it, and fall asleep easier -- although I recognize that there are so many factors involved in affecting jet lag. The taste is sweet, virtually the same as the regular Dream Water. If I notice any significant impacts from the "beauty" aspect of this version, I will write back. Unfortunately, I typically only take for 4-5 days before during and after travel, so not sure if I'll be able to notice a difference in my beauty!

I am a big fan of Dream Water . But the Dream Water with Biotin tastes bad , has brown slime like another review mentioned. But worst of all it doesn’t work. It actually gives energy. There are other components to it Vitamin B which is definitely for energy. Companies are always trying to change things instead of just leaving it alone. Disappointing.

This product is one of the best sleep aids out there. It is gentle so I don't feel a crash after I take it (but a gentle "lull" to sleep) and don't feel groggy the next morning.Price is higher than I would like, the Amazon prices are all over the board (so pay attention to price per oz or unit, as they vary GREATLY), and the packaging is often sloppy when it arrives, but all in all, a great product.
