It charges pretty quickly, and there's a red indicator light that blinks once it's complete, so that's convenient. Additionally, you get an extended use time, plus added performance boost, whereas the D-cell batteries will start to deplete immediately, this you get a slight overcharge as well as a longer initial peak before you start seeing effects of the battery drain. So it's an easy way to up the performance of your blaster as well. I only ever used it for a few minutes at a time though, several times a day any time a coworker would come in and look at me wrong. With the Khaos gun, it takes so long to refill the damn ammunition that I use it fairly sparingly. I was never let down by this battery, but I needed more power. I eventually discarded this battery and upgraded to a lipo battery. Now coworkers cower in fear, but there is nowhere they can hide. Bullets don't go through cubicle walls, but these little yellow spheres can predictably be aimed off of multiple rebound surfaces to circumvent any shields contrived by tail-between-legs coworkers. **Q: will this work with the nemesis?** A: i have 3 nemesis and the battery works in all 3 **Q: whats the rating for the wall charger? 110v or 240v?** A: I know this is an old question but the answer may help others - the supplied power adaptor is multi-voltage and supports 100-240V at either 50 or 60Hz. So will work with pretty much any electricity supply in the world. It only has the standard US two pin socket though, so you will need a cheap travel socket adaptor if you want to plug in to a non-US socket. **Q: do u have to unscrew the battery compartment to charge it?** A: Yes.
