The diameter is 2 3/4 inches. You have to buy a coffee brewer that can handle these pods

I don't know the answer to your question. What I do know is however much coffee is included in each pod is not nearly enough. These pods, even when doubled, made the weakest awful coffee I have ever made. I returned it for a full refund.

Can these be used in a regular coffee brewer?

I don't think so, unless you can adapt the pods for your machine. The pods are designed to be used in single-cup coffee makers that use pods only, like the one made by Hamilton Beach (which I have)
