**Q: so do you use this in place of toothpaste? Or in addition to regular routine with toothpaste?**
A: This is an actual toothpaste to use in place of traditional toothpaste.

**Q: What is the RDA (abrasiveness) score?**
A: I don’t know the actual number, but I’ve been using the charcoal toothpaste twice a day every day for 3 months now and my enamel only seems to be getting thicker if that helps at all.

**Q: Is this biodegradable?**

Thank you the question. This particular type of toothpaste does not use mint to freshen your breath. The freshening of the breath is derived from charcoal.
