After owing this product am free of tension about phone. Camera is safe and perfectly toned for phone and camera safety..Camera protection is loose so shutter will fall while moving around.. Once locked its all good and phone is safe.Recommended for phone safety

It goes and as per add, strong and everything but it can be harsh on your hand because the plastic is hard.The right in the back is quite annoying because it is on the top not blended so mobile is not stable on surface and easy to slip; also it cannot be used as holder due to its size and rough shape

The case feels loose on one side, and the cam shield has gotten so loose after just a few days that it just slides from one end to another based on how the phone is set

After only 1 month of using the ring at the back is very loose now and just swings.

Good product with great price. Only downside is that it won't usable with the magnet. One have to put additional sticker on the back to be able use it with magnet during driving.

Excellent value for money. Seems very protective (have dropped my phone a few times now), and really nice for watching YouTube vids because of a very sturdy stand that rotates in any direction. Very happy with the product and delivery

The feature I liked the most about this was the sliding camera protector. Worked great for 3 months. After that it had just become loser and loser to the point now (10 months) it is more likely to harm my phone than protect it as it drops while I'm taking a picture and half or all of the picture is black making it more likely that my phone goes flying across the room when it messes up my picture for the twentieth time that day. The ring also broke after 9 months. On the positive side it is very thin and does not add significant thickness to the phone and adequately protects all drops I have had except for this last one where it was unintentionally moving at a high rate of speed across the room ( when it slipped as I was getting out of a truck i tried to grab it and instead my hand batted it like a golf club) it hit a cinder block wall and shattered the front and the back. I am a truck tech and use my phone all day for pictures, notes, communication and questions with customers and my phone and case get worked. Up until the last time I bet my phone hits the ground once every week or two and the case did a good job for as thin as it is. But I need to use my camera and I need to count on it taking pictures when I do without reviewing them or find out that I missed the picture is black and I promised the customer I would get a picture and can not find out later that I have a picture of a black piece of plastic. If pictures are Important and you don't have time to check I would not recommend this case for you.

The case is well made, durable, and fits well. My gripes are minor and would greatly improve this product.1) Camera cover door is too tight and awkward to open and close easily. I'm always worried I'm going to drop my phone trying to open the slider.. a new design is needed here.2) Case is too thick and not even in thickness.. does not allow for wireless charging and fits awkwardly in my vehicle holder. A flush back design would be great.3) The ring on the back is great for holding with one hand but only supports the phone as a prop in landscape orientation.. A redesign to accommodate a stand in portrait orientation would be a very welcome additional feature.. of all the changes I can think of, this one I desire above all. If one comes out with this feature, I'll be the first to buy it.

Very rugged, finger ring is a nice convenience. Camera slide has worn out after a few months so it opens and closes when it pleases but a good case overall.

Very good case for Note 20 Ultra. I am glad I made this purchase.
