I am told I look like I have a glow when I wear this makeup. Very light but gives great coverage and lets your natural color show through.

Many bronzing powders are too dark, especially for my fair skin. This one was the opposite, so light I had to go heavy on the brush to get any effect at all. The powder does not come with any sort of applicator, I find a small brush does the best, although once you have it on the brush and tap off excess you either waste the powder or have a mess in the compact, or you can use a separate container and after the compact is finished use all the tapped powder to get more use out of it.The powder wasn't cakey and went on smoothly, but it nearly invisible. I can't believe I'd need a darker bronzing powder but this one was too subtle

This is a beautiful looking powder in a nice container with mirror (and large size too) but it just didn't seem to make much difference for me other than maybe blending my coverup foundation together for a smoother appearance (which is a good thing but not for this price and not really the purpose of this powder). It did not come with a pad or brush and no information on which to use (i tried both though). I don't wear a whole lot of makeup on my skin, just some foundation to coverup some melasma and sunspots so I am far from being an expert in application or technique but it's a pricey item for not really noticing the difference. For those who are really into makeup and know all the techniques of application etc, this may do more for you. But for me just applying as I know how, I do not plan to buy again. Given three stars as it seems like quality product, just not for me.

I have very fair skin and there’s absolutely no hint of bronzer in this powder. It is however a nice highlighting powder, with nary a trace of glitter or shimmer. When I apply this to my cheekbones, forehead and the bridge of my nose I get a flattering “lit from within” glow – it’s very subtle and pretty.I’d recommend applying this with a big fluffy complexion brush, tapping off any excess powder before brushing it on to your face. This powder is very kind to mature complexions – it’s non-drying and doesn’t settle into fine lines. Too many highlighters are far too shimmery for my taste, but this one is subtle and understated (though you can build the coverage if you want to intensify the effect).Bottom Line: Complete fail as a bronzer, but it’s a lovely, subtle highlighter without any glitter or shimmer.

The product description mentions a bronzer, but the product I received is much more of a highlighter and illuminator. There is no bronze aspect to this.As a bronzer, this does not work well as this is much too light. There is absolutely no bronzing effect in the product I received.However, as a highlighter, it works pretty well. So when used like a highlighter should be used, you will get the results expected from a highlighter (bridge of nose, above cheek bones, etc). It is very subtle but has a nice illuminating effect.The package itself looks very upscale and the product is gentle on my skin.

I was so disappointed in this product. It was such a great concept and I was very excited to try it. The package was very upscale looking and when I opened it, the little mosaic colors looked like they would do a great job highlighting the basic natural tone of the base color. But all the little mosaic colors did absolutely NOTHING. The only color that showed with the really pale base tone. I have fair skin, and this did absolutely nothing to my skin. I tried it on bare skin, on freshly moisturized skin, and on foundation. There was no change to any surface coloring. No highlighting whatsoever. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 is because it is such a great idea. Perhaps another of their colors work better. I just would have thought with my fair skin I'd be able to see something.

This is more like a highlighter than a bronzer. I have very fair skin and I could only see the lightest shades of this, there was no bronzing to speak of.It's fine as a finishing powder, and maybe it's nice illuminator if you have darker skin, but for fair skin it's really only a finishing powder. I used it both on a bare face and over foundation and saw no difference either time.

This is a nice, finely-ground powder, with pearlescent components. It does improve the look of the pores on my face, but I am not able to see any "illumination" effect (besides the pearlescence, which is not that unique).One thing worth noting: there is little to no fragrance, which is a relief.Also, it comes with no brush or pad, so you have to figure out how to apply it on your own.Finally, the color I selected, "Feeling Loved", is so light that it could hardly be called a "bronzer".
