A brown sugar substitute that tastes like brown sugar. I used this while on keto diet, and it works for various recipes that called for brown sugar, without the nasty after taste some other sweeteners have. It is still considerably sweeter than real brown sugar, but i can cut the amount in recipe down to about 1/3 or 1/2 and it tastes fine.

No weird aftertaste. No headache. No tummy distress. YAY! I really HATE artificial sweeteners, and this just tastes like fine light brown sugar. It is a little less sweet than traditional sugar, so if you like your stuff sweet sweet sweet, maybe add a bit more to your taste. Dissolves perfectly. The price is why I knocked one star off. The flavor is five stars, but the price is pretty steep. Especially if you are a baker. It goes fast. I use it in things like coffee, oatmeal, plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, baked apples, sticky chicken... Fantastic!
