Exactly what I wanted it to be
Nice looking, slightly textured leather. Dimensions are slightly larger than the last ID wallet I owned, which makes it easier to get the ID cards in and out. The interior, clear panels are transparent, but appear to be nylon fabric, which makes them more durable. An outer pocket is handy for carrying a readable ID card used for security access.

Plastic covering I'd is not clear.
Got for my son's school ID/bus pass.. wasn't able to scan card threw plastic covering so it was not what we needes.
