This does not keep my lipsticks on?!
So, what made me want to purchase this, was an influencer. I don't know, but every time I saw this on amazon, it was sold out. So I had to wait until it came back in stock. And when I got my hands on it, I ordered it, and well.....???!!!! So here's the thing. Maybe it only works on the Art Deco lipsticks, IDK. But I figured it could work on the other lipsticks that I love to keep on like Milani Fettish lipsticks. I mean, who doesn't love them, right?! And I applied my lipstick and then put this product on top of it, and waited. And waited. And waited!!!! It dried and did the" tissue test". Did the "kiss on the hand test." Lipstick was on the tissue and hand. Not barely, just like you kissed your hand and the print was there clear as day! Tissue and lipstick were there. Looked like you blotted on the paper.Anyway, like I said before, maybe it works better with the ARTDECO Lipsticks Only!!Please let me know if that's the case. But I looked at the lipsticks, and As much as I love lipsticks, Those are a lot of money for one!!Other than that, I am really disappointed!! Not my fave! I couldn't even return it! So, NO!! for me!Thanks!
