Versatile and easy to clean
I absolutely love this thing. So versatile and easy to clean. I use it to bring frozen foods up to serving temperature and to help keep food warm when I've got multiple pots and pans going on the stove. Allows for a bit of freedom from timing all your dishes. Getting it back in the box requires 30 minutes the first time (or an engineering degree) but you'll figure it out eventually. Trays are good in the dishwasher, but the lids aren't.
