I ordered the gold 3 charm necklace and it is perfect! I chose the script font; easy to order, came 2 days earlier than anticipated! Light but sturdy!

I bought this for my daughter as a birthday gift (22), and when I wrote the seller to ask if they could ship it a bit quicker because of the date, they didn’t hesitate. It is beautifully boxed, made, and on. My daughter loves it and I will buy one for myself, too.

I was so excited to get this for my birthday as a gift from my husband. It was absolutely beautiful and loved that we could pick the size of the chain. However, after only TWO days of light wearing it (no water contact) it now looks like this. The back looks awful and the chain scratched the front.

I’d totally order from this company again. Very solid quality jewelry, and comes in this really beautiful and delicate packaging including a little card, a soft cloth for cleaning it, in this sturdy box - making it a perfect gift. It looks like something that you would buy from a higher end boutique. I was quite honestly shocked at the quality, since you just never know what you’re getting when you order stuff online - especially for jewelry. It was also delivered much faster than the projected shipping date that it originally gave me. I wasn’t in a huge hurry so I didn’t mind the fact that the order wasn’t eligible for Prime shipping - I figured it just takes a bit since it needs to be engraved with the requested initials, but it actually showed up in only a few business days via USPS. Very impressed with this company and I’ll be looking up additional products to buy from them again.

I love this necklace! It is a bit more dainty than I had thought, but I love it just the same. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is the clasp -- it is REALLY small and took me a bit to get it fastened. I believe if the rings were just a bit bigger, it would have been much easier to put on. Nonetheless, I'm very pleased with the purchase and hopeful that this necklace will stand the test of time.

I bought one of these fore my daughter. She's five. Things run pretty hot and cold as far as "I like this," or "This is the worst." It has been several weeks of her saying "I like this." I don't even make it five minutes, so I think that is a pretty big compliment for the necklace. I guess it is not really that big of a compliment for me. In my defense, every five minutes or so my daughter seems to want something extremely expensive or otherwise inappropriate for a five year old.

I originally gave this product a 5 star. It’s beautiful and came over a week earlier than expected. I’ve had it for three days and the back of the Charms are already turning color. I even take it off before showering. If you are looking for something to last a while this isn’t it.Update: the seller immediately contacted me to send me a new one. Thought that was just great!

When I pulled the small box out of the package, I immediately noticed the care and dedication Endless Story puts into their products. The presentation of my necklace was beautiful.Personally, I'm not a fan of things like necklaces close to my neck. However, the 18" chain was perfect! Not too short to feel constricting, but also not too long that it's in the way.I like that you can mix the different scripts (as pictured for mine). The necklace also arrived within a few days of ordering as opposed to the 2 week estimation I got upon purchase.One thing I'm not a fan of is how expensive additional tags are to add. It's an extra $20/tag beyond 1 or 2, and that's just for the silver.Regardless, I am very happy with my purchase! It's elegant yet simple enough to be my new favorite everyday necklace.I may update this review if I think of something else.
