Easy to use and works great to clean out my ears
I really like this ear wax removal vacuum. It was simple to operate and I was able to immediately unclog my right ear which was the reason I bought this device in the first place. I usually go to the ENT doctor twice a year to get my ears cleaned but with this device I think I will be able to handle everything at home. I found that using it on the highest setting did the best job for me and the sound did not bother me at all. I used the suction tip that was installed on the vacuum when it arrived and it fits perfectly into my ear canals. Only time will tell if it lasts a long time but for now, I'm very happy.

Did Not Work
I am trying to understand some of these reviews. I read some that even said this thing was quiet. If you are a mom and have one of those electric booger suckers.... this is basically the same thing with a tube. Just as loud too. I knew it looked the same but I thought it might have a better design that was quiet and that's what justified the huge price difference. But when I got it, I immediately tried it on my son who has something impacted in his ear. It's white and I thought it was ear wax but not sure anymore. However, he also had some ear wax in the surrounding part of his ear and the only wax this tool removed was wax that got stuck to the sides. The suction is awful and the noise was freaking my young son out. He's not a sensitive kid either and doesn't have sensory isssues like my older son. He is pretty chill about shots and wounds, he's a tough kid. But he didn't handle this well. He let me try it out but kept asking me to stop so I did. I don't know if debris is stuck down in there but as a mom, I would suggest investing in an Otoscope instead. Leave ear wax and use this to examine anything suspicious instead of trying to remove it..that way you can see if your child has an ear infection too. They are half the price of this too.

Works Well!
This product is great for removing impacted wax, unlike Debrox which did not work for me at all. I had an impacted ear and could only hear partially due to using Q-tips. I didn't feel comfortable and didn't have time to make an appointment to see a specialist, but this product worked in a pinch. There are multiple power levels that you can use based on your needs. The only cons of the product are that most of the wax tends to get on the silicone ear spoon instead of inside of the vacuum, and cleaning the machine afterward isn't the best activity.

Unblocked ears
Great suction power! Sucked out a glob of wax that was entirely blocking my ear from hearing. Heard clear as a bell afterwards. Very easy to use, just follow instructions. I'm thankful I found this product and for previous reviewers!

Didn't work for our type of wax and consistency
I have a bad earwax issue, it never seems to work its way out. My husband suggested skipping the ENT and buying an ear vacuum. It was not cheap being a little over $70. But ENT visit costs more so worth the try especially since they said satisfaction guarantee. My husband attempted to loosen ear wax with three ring tool. It did not loosen it, seems glued to ear canal and hurt to claw it. Tried sucking it with vacuum. Still no. There was a TON of wax. It seems to be drier and more cemented in my ear canal. I tried oil drops to soften. Still no luck (except getting oil trapped behind wax blockage meaning I was walking around half deaf). So we tried it on my son. He has fairly goopy wax and while the 3 ring tool did remove some of the wax in little smears, the vacuum did no good in pulling extra wax out, just tiny tiny smears where the tip came in contact with wax. I ended up putting peroxide in his ears and it dissolved at least some of the wax. He could still use a professional clean. We were hoping this device could be used to actually clean out the canal.I have to return this item because it is too expensive to have for very little bit of benefit. I contacted the company's customer service and they were super willing to negotiate a refund (though the refund was discounted by 30% since totally my fault, I cannot find one of the pieces to return with the item)...no hassle at all. They asked me to provide a copy of my comment to them in order to process my refund. My review is my own opinion and I would have left one regardless of their suggestion to do so.This may work for you if you have the right wax consistency or maybe the location of the wax is in a good location in the canal. Apparently the item says you can also use for nasal congestion suctioning and black head removal. Did not try either of these methods as that's not why I bought the machine. It would also be much better tool if there was a little camera inside so you can make sure you arent going in too far or can guide the vacuum tips appropriate spots.

Suction
The suction is not there. I’m unsure of how the suction is supposed to pull the wax out if it isn’t strong. I’ve tried it twice and did not get any results.

Gently Removes Wax
I have tons of trouble with cerumen, and have to go to either urgent care or see an ENT for help. Well, the last visit to the urgent care got the doc to tell me to get an ear wax removal kit and a vacuum to use. I purchased this one because of all the good reviews and I’m glad to say IT WORKS. I use an ear wax softener, followed by a flush of warm water, then follow up with the vacuum. It works every time. Not a single ear problem since I started using it once a week. 5/5, definitely recommend.
