A thick piece of silicone over the AppleTV remote.. is it necessary? Likely not, but I’ve seen enough pics of the cracked glass and reckon this is cheaper than an ‘Apple’ repair. Time will tell if it works after a couple of drops.

Don’t even think about trying to exist with an Apple TV remote without this case. I mean they made the thing out of GLASS?? It’s slippery, small and breaks if you look at it side ways. After breaking our first remote in basically two days of owning it I had to buy a new remote for a million dollars but I learned my lesson and bought this case with it. It’s easy to put on, stays on and makes the remote virtually indestructible without changing the way the remote works. I highly recommend.
