Q: i do not want to remover vinyl graffics from rv but will this harm them?

Yes, mineral spirits ("paint thinner") can harm the adhesive of decals and graphics on vehicles and RVs, so if you do not want to remove them, or partially remove them, then do not apply mineral spirits to them. (Why would you even consider doing this? Are you trying to clean something off of them? If so, you _can_ use it as a spot cleaner, as long as you do not let it get on, near, or underneath the edge of the decal or graphic)

I've never tried it on that just wood shocked me it works wonderful

Q: Will this remove paint from new unfinished concrete?

no, you have to use the paint remover. This is for oil based paint.
