Q: Does this fit perfectly in the ikea detolf case?

It fits, but I wouldn’t call it perfect. The risers are about two inches smaller than the width of a Detolf so there’s a lot of dead space on the sides. I wanted to use it for 6” figures (Marvel Legends, WWE), but the top shelf is too high to fit anything other than the smallest figures. Nice product, but just not quite what I wanted for a Detolf 6” figure display.

Q: Can I fit 5 funko pops in a row ?

It's no problem for holding 5 standard sized fuknko pops each row

Q: I'm hoping to use these to display custom tumblers. Would you say they are wide enough for cups/water bottles?

I unfortunately do not think they would fit tumblers well as they are not that wide. I personally display makeup on mine and that fits well.
