Anchor Hocking Montana Glass Jar with Fresh Sealed Lid, Black Metal, 2 Gallon - 98531

I JUST got this so I haven't filled it yet. Go it for my black and white kitchen to put black and white oreo cookies in staggered on top of each other. It is going to fit a LOT of cookies and YES the bottom inside of the container is FLAT! That was so hard to find. Now the top says air tight and that is yet to be seen. It does have a rubber gasket but it also has hard plastic rubbing against the glass sound each time the top goes on and off. If I knew how to take a picture of the inside of the top I would. The black top is not a soft feel to it, it has a kind of rough feel to it. I think it is very pretty. If I find it is not completely air tight I will just cover the top of the canister with press and seal before putting the top on and cut away any press and seal that shows and it will be totally air tight. We will see if that needs to be done. I hope this helped someone. I tried to answer all the questions I had about this before I got it, and nobody seemed to be answering on here.

Excellent jars! perfect size. it's hard to find extra large ones that are truly big enough and these were great. I ordered 2 and used them to store my dogs' food on the counter rather than having huge bags lying around and this holds enough to feed my large dog 3.5 cups a day for over a week and my small dog's food for a month. When they first arrived, one was broken and it was quickly and easily exchanged. Lids fit snugly. The only thing I don't like it the texture of the lids, which it was smooth but it's a matte very slightly rough metal but that's just my personal preference! DEFINITELY would buy again

La calidad del vidrio es muy buena, la único que lo fue de mi agrado es que la tapa sea de metal. Pero el producto está perfecto para mis tandas de kombucha :) lo volvería a comprar. Un poco caro pero no estoy segura poder encontrar algo parecido de Grande en diámetro por otro lado

They’re very nice thick glass. They come in many sizes. I was worried it would seal enough to keep sugar from hardening. It does so I love them

Have several of these canisters, from small to large and work very well. Top openings are wide enough to allow access to its contents. We use them for flour, sugar, pasta, etc. and all our baking needs.
