Magonate Liquid Magnesium, 12 Ounce

This brand was recommended by my daughter's doctor. She will not stand for anything remotely off tasting. I take it myself as well. It's got a sweet and sour ?applish? flavor. If you like sour candy, this would be up your ally.

I used to work at a mail order pharmacy that would regularly send this stuff out to geriatric facilities. This stuff really works so I had to purchase it! I like the taste, a little nice balance of sweetness to it. definitely calms me and puts me to sleep and relax.

I was initially concerned about a gag reflex. Nope, it just takes like a milder vinegar. Not bad at all.
