Came packaged well. Easy install with basic hand tools. Warn has a reputation of quality so it should be fine there. Price was excellent. 8000lbs is plenty for my stock XJ. Update after 12 months, used it several times worked flawlessly. Stays outside still looks new. Perfect size for the XJ. Fast line speeds compared to older winches I’ve used. Even though it’s made in China warn sells complete parts (if needed) based on their website. Yes you can spend twice the money on M8000 (which is made in USA)…but No regrets here.

Might be able to get a Bandlands version cheaper but if it fails when it counts, is it worth it? Worth every penny. Buy it once, buy it right.
