Works well, didn't have any issue yet, the hot water is not that hot, but it is better for us.no children lock, so if you have kids who like to play with water, you need to be careful.

I bought it in November 2022, until this day, the sound of it is very irritating..Last week, the first touch button stopped working for a reason lol.My parents bought a despenser 20 years ago, and until this day it's working fine without any issues..Super low quality for this price. Only thing that I liked is the design and looks of it, other than that, it's a waste of money..

The design is very sleek and clean and with the piano black, it s really elegant.Function wise, it s really good and functions as expected, however u have to get used to touch buttons which u might like or u might not.The big bummer here is that the touch functions don't have any backlight which is very much needed at night time.And since these buttons have no physical shape , emposs or light , it s almost impossible to be finded in darkness!

This dispenser:1) Looks great2) Has good flow, I can fill a 1L bottle in less than 30 secondsIt was initially noisy, but the noise went away after the first couple of days. I think the pump needed some time to adjust or something.This is probably one of the best dispensers on the market.

I got two, thats how good it is, i had to share it with my family as well, it's great, the best it has an indicator that blinks to show the water is low and you should get one ready to switch soon, VERY USEFUL since the bottle is hidden below, its its super slick and stunning. Very worth it.

We cannot get the room temperature setting to work and water comes out chilled.Has constant air locks stopping the water flow on all settings.Inconvenient to use as kettle etc doesn’t fit easily under to fill up.Bottom loading is a good feature but the negatives outweigh this benefit. Also doesn’t seem good quality and lots of parts to go wrong.It would be loud if kept in a main room.Would definitely not have purchased and prefer the very basic model this was bought to replace.

Bought this item in June 2023 and less than two years and it has stopped working. No way to get hold of seller!
