The first time I bought this ring it was a size 5 in black. It didnt fit and it was scratched up. However, this time I bought the silver one size 5, and I gotta say I am so happy! It is a size 5 that fits, it is NOT scratched and it changes colors immediately. All the boxes are checked off. I kept looking for a size 5 mood ring for a long time and I am glad I found this one. Even though the black one wasn’t what I expected, I am so happy the silver one was. Plus it matches another ring (not a mood ring) that I have.

I have purchased this ring back in early January, it is now in the middle of February and so far, the ring continues to change color as it should be doing for a mood ring. Changes color quickly to the temperate and fits comfortably. I have worn the ring while washing my hands and also during some of my showers. I will update this review when it starts to stop changing colors as mood rings do after a while. So far, I am loving it!Update June 2023I purchased this ring in January 2023. 6 months later, the colors started to stop changing in some areas and warped out.

I waited almost 24 hours before reviewing this and I really like how it fits in my finger well. It doesn’t itch or whatever. The color DOES change base on the temperature and not on my mood. It’s good that they made that clear in the title. Though there is this weird bubble (see pictures) that never goes away, even if it changes color it is still there. It kinda destroys the look. It’s a 3/5 for the looks and 5/5 in comfort!

OK - so I've been debating what to write here. Bear with me. My son got a mood ring on a trip this summer and he promptly lost it. I was bummed out for him, so I jumped on Amazon and, after measuring his finger, bought him what I thought would fit.Well, I was wrong. It was too small. I got it on - bad dad move - then we couldn't get it off. We tried every trick in the book - nothing. So, poor little guy (he's 9) I have a sonic tool that I used, over the course of 3 hours because he wouldn't let me cut more than a few seconds at a time - and I finally got through the stupid thing. I figured I'd just pull it apart with two pairs of needle nose pliers. Nope, literally wouldn't budge!I have a buddy whose a fire fighter, and even though this was now almost 11:30 PM, he told me to zip down to the local firehouse and they'd be waiting for me with a ring cutter. Well, they were, and no, it didn't work. Nothing. The person in charge went and got another ring cutter with a drill attached to it - nothing. Nada. Zero. Zip. Zilch. I then told them that I had already cut through the other side, and they proceeded to have 2 fire fighters - each with a pair of pliers, attempt to pull it apart. Nope, they couldn't budge it either!They then went and talked in private - and he came back out and said, "OK Dad. We're going to give it one more shot. If we can't get it, you're going to have to go to the ER".I held my little guy, screaming in my ear, as they gave it one last shot and FINALLY they got it off.His finger was fine, but the ring went right back together as though no one did anything. Unreal.Amazon promptly gave me a no-hassle return, I ordered a right 2 sizes larger - and all is well with the world.So, long story short, if you want a seriously freakin' bulletproof Stainless Steel ring that would last a Nuclear explosion - go for this bad boy. As long as it fits - it'll be the best $10 you've ever spent!

It didn’t change colors like mood rings are supposed to.I ended up buying 3 so I could get one to fit my daughter, they are not true to size. The last one that arrived had a gold like “zipper” effect or flaw running down the middle.

Really cute ring, arrived on time. I had just bought this recently at the ending of May for my Son. Not sure if it was a defective ring because it didn't last. It cracked on the inside, so only a small portion worked, but then out of nowhere paint started peeling off making it dysfunctional at all.

I just LOVE my MOOD RING ! It WORKS so GOOD ! There is no word to describe it. It does change colors BUT mostly it has a dark deep blue color which I also LOVE because I was borne in September and my birth stone is Sapphire ( which is a nice deep blue ). JUST WISH that I knew what each of the COLORS meant. BUT as per GOOGLE ... BLUE is OR means CALM / RESPONSIBLE / SADNESS. Well in a way its correct because I get DEPRESSED a-lot; HA HA HA as I am doing this review I noticed that it stared to change from the DEEP BLUE to PURPLE with some GREEN in it :)

Beautiful ring!! Definitely works and doesn’t seem to be tarnishing my finger at all. However I ordered a size 6 and it fits like a 5.5 maybe even a 5. I would probably size up. I’m not going to bother because I plan on losing weight anyways so it’ll eventually fit my finger better.
