As a matter of fact, Samsung is sending emails congratulating me on the purchase and offering me stuff. That is an indication it is original, and it is registered on their system. It came with a transparent case and pre-installed screen saver. It is brand new un-opened box. Thank you, Amazon,! So guys, buy with confidence!!!With respect to the mobile, it is amazing and fast. I love the 120Hrz feature. I've been using Galaxy brand since S4 :) and I love how Samsung has developed and listens to their customers. The now build premium quality phones and skinned down the operating system to make it fluid and fast. Galaxy has by far the best screen display and amazing camera. I love it!!!

Well this a great device by all measures in our region is the best phone with support we can get however i geuss the 120hz screen is eating to much battery not only for this device but for all brand have the same technology i think its need further time to be very well working without effecting the batteries unless batteries maker have more advance technology to adapt to phone manufacturers quick changes not only increasing capacity nor speed of charging is only a temporary solution to cup-up with the heigh changes in adding features in phones however that why big player like Apple, and Google not adapting quickly the other manufacturers using features i tried this device with 90hz is better in terms of battery than 120hz and adding the 5g as well so enough saying the device is great but battery is not bad like others want to say but it can't cop- up with device highly demanding power so constantly need to be charged if you can live with that fine buy it other wise get a normal phone without the top range features so battery will last more .Good advise never buy a Samsung on release price as will be dropping to much better to get it in good deal bargains and you will not feel bad 👍

Absolute worst purchase ever! you pay 3,000 AED for a new phone and it arrives broken!the phone arrived with a faulty board and is on a restart loop. completely unusable and the warranty only covers UAE. For a normal person who travels for work, this is completely unacceptable.never buying again

The phone is great. But I found one major issue with this phone. OVERHEATING!. If you record a video for more than 10 minutes, the camera will crash, you will loose all recordings. There will be a notification says apps closed due to overheating. I think Exynos processor is not able to handle the image/video processing.

The screens on this model were very low quality. In the timespan of less than two years, 3 independent vertial lines developed going all the way from the top of the phone to the bottom. The phone was not dropped or damaged. They literally just formed by themselves one at a time. I was watching youtube when the first one just showed up by itself. They are permanent and there is no way to fix unless you replace the entire screen unit which costs about $300. To Samsung's credit, I find the NON-curved screens to be FAR better than the curved the screens. So I was pleased that this phone had a flat screen (which are much easier to protect with screen protectors). But the quality of the screen is low. I did not have this problem happen before on previous Samsung phones. Another thing I will say about this phone, is it is too big to hold comfortably in your hand for long periods of time (like if you are in bed reading). That was a mistake in judgement that I made. I will definitely be getting a smaller phone next time. Otherwise, the phone was good. An amazing piece of technology that enables me to do 100s of things I could not do without it. Phone calls, wifi hotspots, check emails, watch videos, do podcasts, etc. This partcicular model was great because it is the global model, meaning it has an enormous number of antenna bands supported so it will work in almost any country and often times, it will receive service in places that your friends won't be able to get any service. It also supports 5G, but that can be disabled within Samsung's settings. And it has Duel Sim capability, which is a practical requirement when traveling.
