I love this product. It's an excellent training device. I use it daily to do the routine in the videos and I even bring it to the golf course to train before I drive. The difference in weight (vs my driver) is so substantial that I gain a few yards every time I prepare with the whip before it's my turn. It has structured my swing and helped with my follow through. I highly recommend it.

Make sure you get the right length, i actually found this to be a great trainer for helping with your swing stroke. With the orange ball on the end you can see the path the club takes whilst practicing and it has helped me to square the club more on impact. excellent product would recomend to all golfers regardless of h/cap.

This product feels as if it is improving my swing tempo and strengthening my arms and core muscles. Early days yet but highly delighted so far.

So many good reasons to buy this. Obviously excellent for warming up before a round or range work. Also good for working on tempo and swing speed. After debating what length to buy I settled on the Midsize and glad I did. A little expensive but it's a quality product and made in the U.S.A.
