Not worth the money
Product came very fast. In time for Christmas. The elf can’t be more than 3 inches tall! It is cute and I guess it is a baby but for the price I would not buy again. They sell a set of 5 for a few dollars more . I was late and those were sold out. I just figured the single ones would be a bit bigger

Great addition!
We lost my husband in Oct. So I bought the baby to add to our elf on the shelf and make them a family. So I think my kids will be really surprised!
