They Brought Back Watermelon Flavor!
When I was first diagnosed with Diabetes a decade ago my doctor gave me some sample glucose tablets and they were Dex4 Watermelon flavored. The taste was great. Over time I found it hard to find these and I believe they stopped making them. I recently discovered these on Amazon and purchased two bottles immediately. I've had to use them a few times and the taste is slightly different than I remembered. They used to be a little more tart however these glucose tablets still have a great watermelon flavor. They're a nice alternative from the standard flavors offered by drug store brands. Conclusion: I highly recommend these Dex4 glucose tablets. They do exactly what you need them for (a quick dose of easy to absorb glucose) and the flavor is great!

Odd taste
I thought cool, watermelon tablets. I was wrong. They have an odd taste. I like the grape, tropical and raspberry in that order. They work quickly when I have a hypoglycemic episode, I just won't buy this flavor again.

Tastes better than they used to and keeps glucose levels up for a long time. Only a few calories each which is helpful as well.

Taste pretty good
Bought these for my daughter who has type 1 diabetes as an alternative to juice boxes for lows. She enjoyed the taste though they are a bit big and chalky. Would be nice if they were a bit smaller. A good alternative though.
