everything was packaged well, especially the bulbs. this made me happy as i cannot stand when a company will skimp on the shipping. everything works good, quite content with my purchase. the 5 year warranty was what ended up selling me. any company willing to warranty a product for 5 years, in my eyes, is making a quality product that they stand behind

Bought the 1000w and 600w. 1000w ballast burned out ...
Bought the 1000w and 600w. 1000w ballast burned out within 2 months use. The HPS bulb for the 600 burned out in flames after 15 hours of use. Had to pay for shipping for the 5 year warranty. They wanted me to pay the freight both ways. I have not heard from back on my replacement yet. Should have bought local.
