Prime-Line D 1797 1-1/2 In. Patio Roller Kit (2 Pack)

This was actually a pretty good fit I needed a 1 in wheel or an inch and an eighth but this worked out okay I had to redrill some holes to get the patio door to work properly.

I was glad the kit included all the different attachment hardware. Drilled out the old rivet. I was going to use the screw attachment but it was too wide so I put in the new rivet. Placed the roller on top of my vice and used a hammer to peen the rivet. Really easy to do. Installed in the door and I'm back in business with a smooth operating slider.

Worked great. Only other I found was purchasing a new roller assembly, they are very expensive. Used my bench vice to peed the rivit. Hammering is not a good idea.

I was unable to use the wheels on my wood Pella sliding doors as they are intended for a 1/4" track, but wanted to make others aware that two wheels come in each pack.

Had two sliding glass doors that we could not find the 'kit' for replacement wheels and we need to replace 4 of them, 2 per each door. Although the size was about 1/8 inch higher wheels than what we took out, the strength of metal vs the plastic on metal wheels we replaced was well worth the work we put into fabricate new wheel housings from the old ones. The metal is much stronger and can hold a far heavier door that the plastic on metal ones we had could simply not last too long for. Great option. thank you for offering it.

Easy to install. My door now runs very quiet and smooth. Very pleased

It appears that all mounting methods are included.

Replaced the rollers in the patio door with these and now the door slides like new again. Roller worked great.

Supplied in pairs. Steel bearing with steel roller in Bright Zinc Plate (BZP) finish giving it a golden colour. Decent selection of fitting hardware included to suit most uses. Beware the product dimension of 8mm is the width of the roller itself, the hollow shaft in the centre is 9.7mm long. Bearings are unbranded type 626zz of fair quality & appear to be free running. Great replacement for old plastic rollers. Radius was a little smaller than old ones, but installed easily and works like a charm. Solid construction, highly recommended.
