Best Journey
Some of the chapters are from the first but many chapters aren't. The more you read these books the more you find things you may have overlooked. This diet and method of fasting has put me at the best state of health I've ever been in. People actually get surprised when I tell them my age. I began to look 16 and I'm in my mid 20's. You think differently because your mind is clear and you have more time to complete errands because you're not eating 3 times a day. When I ate once every 3 days I felt a certain calmness about everything and saved so much money on groceries especially because the stomach shrinks. You feel great your senses get better. The more days you add between meals the better you will feel, it's almost like you begin to feel like the guy from the movie limitless.

Eat to live, very good advice
Excellent book. I can not believe that this information is not widelytaught anywhere. This is the kind of information that you may find in this book.A pig that has been infected with T. spiralis, then, has thousands of cysts lying dormant within its muscles--the very muscles that humans look forward to consuming in the form of pork chops, ham, barbecued ribs, etc. When humans sit down to a delicious meal of undercooked, trichina-infected pig dinner, they are ingesting T. spiralis cysts. The cyst walls are broken down by the usual process of food digestion in the stomach, allowing the larvae to escape into the new host's intestines. There the larvae mature to become adult worms, capable of producing a new crop of larvae. When these new larvae hatch, they begin their migration throughout the human host's bloodstream to his or her muscles, where they live for a short while before encysting.

Solid principles
Like to approach and methods that Elijah spoke of. I think America has lost touch, if it ever had it, of eating to live. The author repeated a lot of concepts in my opinion. I think there are good principles to pool from his experience and discipline.

Glad I bough both books
Glad I bough both books, 1 and 2 , although I am not a muslin, just reading the reasons why we humans should not be eating pork, written in words for all to see has reinforce for me on a personal level, why I no longer partake of this flesh.

this book could have been short but instead it was a piece of s
written by a very repetitive author, every page I read made me think "wtf?" and "when was this written?"

Waste of money
Again as with book 1 it gets one star for advising fasting. But besides that it is very repetitive and "one meal a day" is mentioned on almost every page. This book also delivers NOI's hate of "the white devil" - being the white Christians. Again they claim to be Muslims but the advise in the book is not in line with the Quran on all points. They quote from the Bible and tell you what is meant by the quote. They just do not have any insight into or understanding of the Word and hence miss the point and meaning totally.Like with the first book it is badly written, repetitive and hateful.
