Incredibly grateful for this amazing resource!
As someone who has endometriosis, I am so grateful this book exists! I wish I had this resource when I was a teenager, and throughout all the times in my life endo felt so confusing and isolating. It’s here now, and I know that this incredible resource will help so many who suffer and so many who want to be supportive of a loved one who is suffering. This is THE guide for all things endo and is beautifully written. Jessica doesn’t miss a detail, she goes in depth to diet, movement, alternative healing modalities and also just let’s you know that you aren’t alone! In a world where endo is looked over by most, it’s so incredible to know that this book can be a resource to educate and bring awareness to this debilitating disease. Know Your Endo is a light at the end of the dark tunnel of having endometriosis!

Resourceful, empowering, uplifting
I've been struggling with endo my whole life. Actively struggling about 10 years, and struggling with increased symptoms about 20 (I'm 35). What I mean by active is I had no clue what endo was until a gyno mentioned it to me roughly 10 years ago. I was diagnosed by an excision specialist 2 years with stage 4 endo. Jessica is one of the people, one of the social media accounts I found early in my endo struggles. There aren't many frendos out there advocating and sharing their experiences as well as she does. When I heard she had a book coming, I was ecstatic. I read it in a weekend. Being well versed in the endo game at this point, I am already doing a lot of the things Jessica mentioned in the book. The resources and name drops she provides are extremely helpful. I love every page of this book. If I had this 10, 15, years ago it would've helped to reduce my anxieties on what the hell do I do with this disease in my body nobody cares about!? I highly recommend this book for anyone at any point along their endo journey. Whether you have just found out, you don't have a clue what is going on or you've already had your surgery and you are trying to manage life now. You can find something helpful from Know Your Endo. Thanks so much Jessica.

Great Endometriosis Self-Care Resource
This is an excellent book for helping people with endometriosis (or probable endometriosis) to navigate their self care. I’ll be recommending this frequently.

Garbage
I’d leave a zero if I could. Jessica has no credentials or business writing this book. She basically googled endometriosis and interviewed a few local doctors. She has no references and didn’t read a single study. Don’t waste your money and definitely don’t give her a dime for this.

Perfect Blend of Professional and Personal
Jessica takes you on her journey with endometriosis, and takes you inside the struggle. But she also brings along experts from all corners of the world to share their insights and guidance. The end result is a perfect guidebook for understanding and dealing with this disease. I recommend this to anyone who struggles with endo, or who has a loved one who does. There is hope, and this book shows you how to find it.

Honest and Empowering
This book is a lifesaver. After suffering from chronic pain for years, this book gave me the tools and resources to take action to better my life. It gave me hope that my life could be more than the daily pain and suffering I had come to know so well. It helped me take charge of my wellness and healthcare plan, strengthen my relationships, and save my career. Not only does Jessica offer many creative ways to better various areas of life, but it hits differently when it feels like the advice is coming from a close friend. Jessica's honesty, understanding, humor completely changed how I viewed this chronic illness. This book is essential for anyone suffering from endometriosis and anyone who knows someone who may be suffering from endo. Thank you Jessica for creating this book and sharing it with all of your friendos!

A powerful resource for women’s health
I wish I had this resource decades ago, but am so grateful to have it now. Even if you don’t have endo, there is likely someone you know who does, and this book is loaded with information to help you (and those you care for) find the right path to self care and managing chronic illness. It reads like you’re talking to a friend, but also a variety of experts to shine a light and empower readers to be advocates for themselves. This is a powerful resource for women’s health!

You will be heard reading this
I’ve read a lot of books and articles on endo. This was the only voice that actually understood what it was like to either be facing the possibility of having it and living with it. All those nagging questions in your head about symptoms, experiences and feelings? This book confirms all of that and gives you the validation that you’re not all in your head. In the end I didn’t have endo but my path brought me to this book and it helped so much to understand what was happening inside of me.
