Product fell apart on first use and the seller (Departure Outdoors) is TERRIBLE
Update --- Amazon got involved and asked the seller to refund me 100% ... again, not sure why the seller thinks I can return 100% of a faulty item half-of-which is in 200 feet of water. The item I bought goes at the the end of a fishing line .... in 100+ feet of water. On the first use, it fell apart ... the bottom ha;f came off and sank in 200+ feet of water. I returned the top half to Departure Outdoors ... and Departure Outdoors is giving me only 50% of a refund ... because they said I returned only 50% of the product and they cannot re-sell it..... obviously they cannot resell it ... it is DEFECTIVE and part of it is in 200 feet of water. Stay away from this seller.
