They are okay
The gloves are okay, they don’t look particularly well made though and lots of bits are quite loose on them, I feel is this catches on something when gardening, especially thorns, which is why I bought them, it could ripe or damage them.Overall they look really cheap! I know they aren’t pricey so i wasn’t expecting miracles but maybe something slightly better made. Will be interesting to try them with prickly items and see how long they last! They do feel thick but not sure they are very hard wearing. The elastic at the wrist is non-exsistant! They feel massive on me, and I’ve never thought I had particularly small hands.Probabaly wouldn’t buy them again.

Essential for handling prickly things
Ordinary garden gloves cannot protect against the spines, thorns and prickles that plants have evolved to protect them. Leather gloves are essential to prevent injury when handling prickly plants especially cacti. I have tried wearing a pair of ladies leather driving gloves underneath ordinary waterproof gardening gloves but nothing is as effective as gloves designed for the job. These protect against the most deadly of cacti when re-potting and are also useful for handling roses, thistles and prickly hedges.

Short fingers, large palm and wrist
The fingers fit me perfectly (I normally wear medium gloves) but the palm and wrist parts are HUGE. There is no tie to keep them in place, so I will probably use a heavy-duty elastic band on my dominate hand to keep the glove on.

Very good!
These gloves are comfortable to wear and protected my hands from injuries when I was pruning roses, pyracanthas and holly bushes. They would be a bit cumbersome to wear for things like sowing seeds, pricking out and other small gardening jobs. Very nice and highly recommended.

Only offers palm protection
I bought these specifically for thorns and bramble in my garden. While the palm side does protect from thorns the top part is so thin they go right through and offer no protection. There is also no adjustment for the wrist and it is a very loose-fitting. Returned for a refund

Torn first use - look elsewhere
These gloves tore on first use. A couple of hours into gardening the index finger tore a hole at the top. Bought specifically as heavy duty gloves - these are clearly not at the appropriate quality.

The only work/gardening gloves you’ll ever need
I have very big hands and the largest size of these gloves (XL I think?) fit me like a dream. They are so sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. Don’t be tempted by gloves that look more stylish/modern, trust me, these are the ones you want.

Why didn't I get these sooner!
I am not an avid gardener, but I bought these as I had to sort out the wilderness that is my garden. I cleared brambles and stinging nettles without getting scratched or stung once! These are fabulous for the money and I am kicking myself that I didn't get these sooner!
