Very hard cast with few layers. Light weigh.
Cast gets hard very fast. Will not come apart once stuck together. Must be thoroughly soaked in water all the way or will not work .

It works just as described. I find that using cold or ice water helps to increase the set time

Received this item and it was hard as a rock . Was not able to use . Had to call and order new tape.
