New parts appear to be re-packaged and mishandled returns.
I wanted to order something better than “basic” or “cheap” replacement brake pads, I haven’t had any issues with Bosch in the past so to say that I’m a little concerned with the product I received is an understatement. The brake pads received appear to be what was ordered but without the box it’s a little difficult to determine, I’ve also never heard of anyone receiving a “bag” of loose brake pads. The caliper retaining clips that were in the bag appear to be from “ANHUI Boxing Machinery Co.” which sounds a lot more Chinese than German. I’d recommend shopping around before purchasing from this vendor.
