Fantastic and easy on the tummy!
This IRON is 100% easy on the tummy I have never had any constipation from taking the iron that says gentle on the tummy I would recommend this to anyone that is lower on iron.

Very Good Iron Capsules
I didn't realize the capsule contains besides iron, vitamin C, folate and B-12, that's great! I have been feeling sluggish and i fast a lot and felt maybe i need iron due to my depression, caused by grief and my sad job. Also my energy levels have dropped dramatically, i was so hyper before, so I'm hoping this will help me. the price was fair, the packaging good and it arrived on time. And I know Nature's Bounty is a reputable supplement company.

Avoids upset stomach
My doctor prescribed after I said I had the regular iron was upsetting my stomach. Great to be able to get gentle iron without a prescription. It doesn’t upset my stomach and my latest bloodwork shows my iron levels are now normal.
