Can this unit be hard wired in place of using batteries

I keep the battery case outside Attached to left side of shower

We are getting hot water only on all 3 units - up to 115 deg F. Can someone provide contact for customer service please?

I had the same issue. its in the hot and cold blend valve and or a bent or kinked cold water line.

How come my shower tower water temperature is really hot. I adjusted the temperature but now, my other shower sinks and tubs are not hot?

Hello, maybe the water intake pipe has been folded. You need to check whether the hot and cold water supply pipe has been folded
