I've used a multitude of hydroponic clay pebbles, and these are absolutely fantastic! I'd highly recommend them, and will be repurchasing them as needed.These are great because they're about the size of BBs - just slightly larger but not much - and are perfect for small succulents which aren't held in place as well by your typical 8-13mm size hydroponic clay pebbles.

I bought 2 jars to use as a substrate for holding mollusk specimens for photography at a natural history museum. Sometimes I use it directly, and other times I put black velvet over it when I want an even darker background. Before using it I sieved it with a 1/2mm screen, to remove just over 10 grams of fines (total from both jars).

There was less than I was expecting, but that's just me...as it states the weight. The colors were not as vibrant as I thought they would be, looking at the picture.Still...happy with the purchase.

Just got these and was surprised at how tiny they were. I didn't do any measurements prior, I just wanted some smaller, uniform options. They are about the size of a pepper kernel, if that helps. Will be using them to propagate.

These are great value and would work well to help with soil drainage but I'd advise against using these as a tip layer. After only a week of use and a single watering after re-potting my plant, mold began to rapidly grow on the beads. This could be detrimental to the health of the plants and looks gross. Was not expecting this result of course. Not sure if it's the ceramic, porosity, contamination, etc. But will be sure to search for products that have features to mitigate this (If possible)

Love the product. The clay balls are small- unlike a lot of others out there. However. The packaging left much to be desired. Needless to say it looked as tho it had been through world war three by the time I got it. The amazon package was perfect. No tears, rips or damage. However the plastic container looked as though someone had dropped a tiny chonk of c4 in there before sealing it. There was enough salvageable to fill a 3” pot- the rest was complete dust and broken pieces. I’ve never had an issue with shipping before- and I’ve ordered glass items lol! I mean I think it would be great long term? But I only got half of what I was supposed to receive after sifting through a lot of crushed clay dust and crumpled plastic. But I’d say not order this product. I won’t be ordering again.

Pretty happy with the purchase. I'm using them in my aquarium and in terracotta pots to propagate cuttings and they growing well. Particularly happy with the look of them in the aquarium combined with glass suction cup holders

Is what it is! Used it god decorative purposes in a terrarium and looks great.

These clay balls are tiny and not at all what I was expecting.And there way over priced for the amount you get!!

Lovely colours

The clay pebbles are fine and very uniform in size and shape but there was way less than I was expecting. The container is very small for the price.
