This product was first introduced to us by Stressless Ekornes furniture. We apply it twice a year to all our leather indoor pieces including car seats. It does the job of protecting the leather, keeping it smooth and supple. It does not effect the color. In fact it is the only product I trust to extend the life of my leather furniture.

Bought a used Ekornes chair and ottoman recently. This product revitalized the leather so beautifully on the chair and footstool! This is the product that Ekornes recommends and now I know why. It also cleaned and conditioned a leather tote I'd bought secondhand. It takes out water stains and gives leather a rich low gloss finish that's just beautiful. Easy to apply, then you just lightly buff and the shine comes up.

I have two red leather sofas. Our dog would lick the leather until the color and finish were ruined. I have tried several other product hoping to bring them back to an acceptable appearance, nothing worked. I wasn't willing to give hope so I tried hide bracer. I was really amazed at how good the leather looked after one treatment. I can only imagine what it will do for leather that's still in good condition.

Just used the Hide-Bracer leather conditioner cleaner on several dark green chairs and black leather sofa. Very little smell and dried quickly to a nice soft sheen. Next did a cream colored leather sectional with same good results. Pre-washed dirty spots and touched up cat scratch marks with leather polish which dried a little dull and stood out. Then used the Hide-Bracer over the whole piece and the sheen blended in the fixes so you could not even tell they were there. I would recommend using a lint free cloth if you can find one.

Belltone shipped a replacement order immediately after I said the first shipment envelop arrived empty. Very rapid response to this event.I put the product to use immediately on two leather chairs I had just recently bought and it performed very well. It sunk into the leather and very little was left to wipe off. I have confidence that I will be reordering more from Belltone in the future.

Didn't work for my sofa, turned it a lighter color where I tested it. I let the company know and they stated I did not follow the instructions correctly and gave me instructions on how to fix it, but I had followed the instructions both times, without a good outcome. I returned the product.

Hide bracer is an excellent product for all of my leather care needs. I use it for regularly cleaning and conditioning my furniture and leather goods (ex. handbags, jackets, even shoes). It is both lightweight and easy to apply. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for a high quality, affordable leather care product.

This product seems to work well on my Ekornes white semi aniline sofas and my wax pull up dining set since the color matches the first and the second is fairly smooth and shiny. On the other hand it has left a non water soluble, uneven nasty milky coat on my IMG dark brown, full aniline recliners. I was an idiot and didn't test it on the recliners since it used to be recommended by Ekornes and worked so well on those. I am struggling to thin / remove the coating by using the original conditioner as a solvent and having some success. I certainly would not recommend it for dark colored full aniline leather. Also, I find it to be very expensive for as little surface as the small bottle treats. One bottle is barely enough to apply a thin coat to a single small (approximately seven foot long) white sofa. I definitely recommend testing it in an inconspicuous place first and think you may get a better value out of some other product on the market, but I don't know what that is yet. I'm hopeful I can find a safe solvent for this coating to remove it from my recliners.
