This is a brand I know and trust, so I was eager to try it. The softgels are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. There does seem to be a lot of "extra" stuff besides the vitamin in these--I would have preferred cleaner ingredients.So far, though no issues, and I've been taking them for several weeks.Good price.

Vitamin E is such an important vitamin to supplement with. People reading this should research the benefits because there are so many. I am familiar with this brand, so ordering it was a no brainer. This particular supplement only requires you to take one for the full amount of 400 IU. It’s easy to swallow, and there’s no smell, taste, or aftertaste. Vitamin E can be expensive, so 400 IU in a serving is a great value at this price point. You get a two month supply of a quality product that’s quick and easy to take. Highly recommend!
