StinkBalm Apple Under-Nose Odor Masking Balm for Work, Travel & Daily Use

I've suffered with phantosmia [phantom smells] for four years now. I was using Vicks Vapo Rub to provide some relief in instances where my phantom cigarette smell becomes unbearable. Vicks works but it is slightly uncomfortable and bothersome under my nose due to a more heavy mentol feel and requires multiple applications and also rubs off onto bed sheets. This StinkBalm odor blocker in the Apple scent has worked wonders for me! It is lightweight once applied so I hardly feel it on my skin and the scent is light and refreshing, fruity and with a slight menthol feel which is refreshing. StinkBalm has also provided relief of the headaches and sore throat associated with my phantom smell and it has really helped my mental state during these episodes too. It may not work for everyone but it sure has helped me with this intermittent phantosmia.

Bought this for my granddaughter who is going to school to become a nurse. She uses it when she is given a job that is a bit stinky. She tells me that it works great at keeping the bad smell away. I will buy it again when she runs out of it.

I got this for trips down under, playtime during flow time, or dog mode. It works ok. Not perfect unfortunately. It's basically Vick's with another scent mixed in. THe apple scent here is like shampoo. It is nice but it gets annoying and it does make your skin minty feeling, but if it helps focus less on the other scents present then it is worth it. I won't buy again though. Just doesn't fully mask the smell....though I am a "super taster" which means my smell is exceptional so that could be playing a role.

I dislike that the effect is short lasting. I was hoping that this would be an effective odor blocker especially for my job. The smell was great and I was excited. However, it was short lasting! The scent went away in about 5 minutes. I’m sad it wasn’t able to last

I like the smell of it, it does really help with bad smells ..I would definitely recommend if you’re working in departments where there are smells..It’s functional for a couple of minutes.

This works so well. I don’t find it sticky, even when I apply generous a amount. I put this then Vicks vapor rub under my nose and I can hardly smell a thing while working.

While the apple smell is a bit overwhelming, it protects against patient body odor to include gangrene and C. diff.

I am allergic to many fragrances laundry or perfumes colognes . I bought this so I can help block out when I have to be around those smells . This does not smell like apples at all ! It smells like some of the fragrances I'm trying to get away from. If you are sensitive to fragrances do not buy
