Nice COTTON floss
I purchased this floss thinking it was SILK, but what I got was cotton. It is still nice floss with a bit of sheen. 100 pcs for under $20 is still a deal. They use DMC color numbers (the industry standard) which makes it very easy to use in my embroidery.

Silky vs silk - Important distinction
This product was misrepresented, and easy to miss that this is NOT silk embroidery floss. I was fooled, and will not make the mistake again. The floss is fine, there are many colors, but I still feel foolish for not reading more carefully.

Grossly misrepresented.
This is not silk, as advertised, and it is not rayon as shown in the photos. What they are shipping is a very poor quality polyester, easily and readily available from sellers correctly representing their product, for half the price. A total rip-off. Do yourself a favor and avoid this garbage product.

The colors in this set is are amazing and 100 of them. But regular embroidery floss not silk.

This is not silk, just plain ordinary embroidery floss
This listing is false. The colors are nice but the material is just cotton. I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known. I have plenty of embroidery thread, I wanted something different. Be sure to read people reviews before purchasing things off of Amazon. I usually do but this time I didnt and I was disappointed.
